The incumbent is responsible for the following tasks:

• Prepare frozen chicken parts for thawing
• Operate the packing and labelling machine
• Packing and arrangement of fish and seafood or chicken parts
• Perform quality checks on raw material and finished products
• Perform housekeeping at production area in accordance with
• Adhere to safety procedures and hygiene standards
• Comply with house rules such as GMP/GHP
• Able to work in the chilled environment of 4 to 10°C (coldwear will be provided)

Job Requirements

• Applicants who have prior experience in food processing plants are preferred
• Team player with ability to read product labels and communicate in simple English
• Attentive to detail
• Ability to work in wet and cold environment as well as carry heavy loads up to 12kg
• Physically fit
• Willing to work 6 days a week, on weekends and public holidays
• WSQ Food Hygiene Course graduates and those with ESS WPLN Level 4 are welcome to apply

• Working hours: 0700 - 1520hrs or 0800 - 1620hrs
• Work Location: Sunview Road
