Production Planner

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop daily/weekly production schedules based on MPS, material readiness, capacity, manpower, and line status.
2. Create, release, adjust, and close work orders; track work-order progress, WIP, abnormal line stoppages, and finished-goods receipt.
3. Confirm production-start conditions daily with Production, Material Control, and Warehouse, including BOM, substitute materials, shortages, jigs, labels, and packaging materials.
4. Maintain the production-planning dashboard, track plan-vs-actual gaps, and drive follow-up by responsible functions.
5. Adjust plans for urgent orders, inserted orders, rework orders, and ECN impacts, while maintaining change records.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing production planning.
3. Experience in electronics assembly, SMT/PCBA/FATP, server system assembly, testing, or packaging environments is preferred.
4. Detail-oriented, execution-focused, quick in communication, and able to handle frequent ad-hoc changes.
5. Familiar with SAP/ERP/MRP and Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; Power BI knowledge is preferred, and basic SQL skills are an added advantage.
