PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
To lead a group of operators to meet their daily output, yield and quality. To solve any arising problems on quality and machine with the engineers. Actively involved in continuous improvement programs such as cycle time improvement, cost reduction, down-time reduction and promotes productivity programs.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Management or any other related discipline. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work on 12 - hour rotating shifts. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
