Job Purpose :
· To ensure that the machineries are in good working conditions.
· To follow-up the TPM Schedule and other related system required.
· To control and manage to achieve objective and KPI of department and to assist the Maintenance leader in all activities in Process Section.
Key Accountabilities :
- Monitor machine, electrical systems and equipment to ensure their continuous function such as the instrument gauges (level, pressure, flow, etc indicator), MCB, server and others related items
- Install electrical systems of new machines and equipment when is required
- To carry out improvements projects related to electrical, instrumental or programming originated by Processing or own department itself
- To help Processing to solve the electrical and instrumental related issues that arise from the daily operations to ensure minimum downtime
- Monitor repair works to ensure that they are carried out in a timely manner to minimize un-planned down time (UPDT)
- Minimize the product complaint which relate to machine origin
- Improve and develop electrical systems efficiency according to the Unit Lead's plan
- Update maintenance historical information for critical equipment in Processing Plant
- Consolidate daily, weekly and monthly reports on maintenance & repairing activities
- Monitor subcontractor’s installation of new machines and utilities machinery correctly
- Adhere strictly and report issues to Quality related matters at workplace to Unit Lead, Maintenance
- Share information to improve line efficiency and performance
- Adhere strictly and report issues to SHE related matters at workplace to Leader, Maintenance
- Participate actively in TPM program & activities
- Interpret, analyses & perform daily tasks by using computer software
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & ISO 9001, ISO 22000/22002, FSSC requirement and carry out any other assignment given by the Unit Lead from time to time.
