Spritzer

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Demonstrate basic computer proficiency, including standard PC operations.
Diploma / Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia in Engineering field.
Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
Execute daily tasks assigned by the Production Superintendent.
Ensure all work is performed according to established procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across production lines.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports and records.
Assist in the training and onboarding new production operators.
Control and verify materials for production use to ensure the correct materials are applied.
Receive finished products from production using a forklift or pallet truck.
Report any issues or abnormalities to the supervisor on time.
Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance of machinery.
Conduct routine checks on machine parameters following the established checklists.
Assist with data collection and entry for production records.
Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment to optimize quality and productivity.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
Support and maintain 5S workplace organization practices.
