Project Executive (PMO)

ViTrox is a design and manufacturing company that powers machine vision solutions for semiconductor and electronics packaging companies. From digitizing manufacturing processes to scanning for product defects, our products operate reliably, at higher speeds, and with greater precision.\n\nAs we continue to expand, our Project Management team is looking for a motivated Project Executive to support project management activities and contribute to the success of our engineering & technical projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior executives who are eager to develop their project management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks under the guidance of the project lead/manager Support the Product Development team in implementing new product development solutions Contribute to the adoption of project management standards and frameworks Coordinate project activities and facilitate effective communication among team members Monitor and report project progress, risks, and key milestones Maintain project documentation and ensure proper organization of project-related information Support the team in ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables

Key qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operation Management, Business Management, or a related field Strong interest in project management and product development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic understanding of project management principles Exposure to a technical or manufacturing environment is a plus Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
