Project Management Specialist (Fresh Graduate Opportunity/Internship placement)

Target Audience:

1. Fresh graduate who is going to graduate in year 2026.

Job Descriptions

1. Responsible to support company’s project delivery operation including monitoring subcontractors’ on site delivery progress, quality and ensure the compliance of on-site safety requirements (remotely supporting, not required to go on-site to monitor).
2. Remotely perform random audit on site installation, quality and EHS compliance.
3. Handle Procurement Request (PR) – issue PR according to project delivery requirement.
4. Responsible to review site acceptance documentation for internal revenue/billing triggering process according to customer contract requirement.
5. Project Management Job Training and System Training will be provided

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or any other related fields.
2. Familiar with MS-office and Multi-tasking.
3. Good Communication and Collaboration skills.
4. Good Learning Ability.
