Project Manager

Job Description:

1. Accountable for the overall successful delivery of the project.
2. Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operation.
3. Manages project team to ensure optimisation of manpower resources while maintaining healthy team morale.
4. Ensure smooth completion of the construction project within the specified time-frame, budget and quality and in accordance to the statutory requirements.
5. Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings.
6. Liaise closely with consultants, architects, sub-contractors and authorities.

Job Requirements:

1. 8-10 years of working experience in high-rise commercial building and mixed development projects in construction industries.
2. Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
3. Effective team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to work with remote teams.
4. Excellent time management and independent decision-making skills.
5. Self-motivated and proactive.
