As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for full project lifecycle management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team
  • Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM and other statutory requirements
  • Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and productivity
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients
  • Handle contractual matters including variations, claims, and progress payments
  • Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance on site

Job Requirements

  • Possess a degree in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years managing large-scale projects under an A1 main contractor
  • Strong knowledge of local authority requirements
  • Experience in managing deliverables and milestones: on time/within budget/meeting business needs
  • Good people management skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and teams on the project
  • Possesses excellent problem-solving skills
