PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for full project lifecycle management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team
- Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM and other statutory requirements
- Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and productivity
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients
- Handle contractual matters including variations, claims, and progress payments
- Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance on site
Job Requirements
- Possess a degree in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years managing large-scale projects under an A1 main contractor
- Strong knowledge of local authority requirements
- Experience in managing deliverables and milestones: on time/within budget/meeting business needs
- Good people management skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and teams on the project
- Possesses excellent problem-solving skills
