Project Manager (Salary commensurate with experiences)

Job Description:

• Oversee and support project planning and execution activities to ensure project timelines are achieved in line with Management’s expectations.
• Lead and supervise project team members in coordinating with contractors to ensure projects are executed efficiently, minimizing delays and preventing extensions of time.
• Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to project development and building inspections.
• Support the management of project budgets, cost monitoring, and the preparation of reports for management review and decision-making.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or any related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in construction project management.
• Good knowledge of construction methodologies, design processes, and local authority regulations.
• Familiar with project budgeting, cost control, and reporting processes.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
