Property Executive
Eco-Shop
- Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable sites to maximise the company’s retail presence and customer touchpoints.
- Conduct location planning and identify strategic geographical areas for new store and property expansion.
- Source, engage, and maintain relationships with landlords, property agents, developers, and other external parties for potential site proposals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, feasibility assessments, and site visits for new property opportunities.
- Prepare site proposals, financial evaluations, rental comparisons, and presentations for management review and approval.
- Lead commercial negotiations on rental rates, lease terms, renewal conditions, fit-out periods, and other tenancy arrangements.
- Work closely with internal departments, including Legal, Finance, Projects, Operations, and Procurement, to ensure smooth site acquisition and handover.
- Maintain accurate property records, lease databases, site documentation, and management reports.
- Support the management of the company’s property portfolio and recommend opportunities for rental optimisation, relocation, expansion, or closure.
Education & Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Property, Real Estate, or Leasing would be an added advantage.
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in property, real estate, retail leasing, site acquisition, or tenancy management.
- Experience in the retail industry and handling multiple store locations would be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong site acquisition and lease negotiation experience will be preferred.
- Good understanding and command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (command of spoken and writing chinese dialects are added advantage)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Possess own transport as require to travel frequently. (Perak & Pahang)
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaborate with a diverse spectrum of people, both internally and externally.
