Responsibilities

1. Analyse, interpret, and transform large datasets into meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
2. Prepare and maintain business reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools.
3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), business trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
4. Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
5. Generate regular and ad hoc analytical reports for management and stakeholders.
6. Support business performance tracking, forecasting, and data-driven strategic initiatives.
7. Develop presentations and reporting materials by translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and provide analytical support.
9. Assist in identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies within data to support operational and strategic objectives.\
10. Maintain databases, trackers, and reporting templates to enhance efficiency and governance.
11. Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives for reporting and analytics processes.
12. Perform other data analytics and business intelligence-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

1. Malaysian Citizen
2. Age 27 and below
3. Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience
4. Bachelor's Degree in:
