Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to contribute to technology and digital transformation initiatives across Maybank's technology, data, digital, and innovation functions. Responsibilities may include:

1. Support the development, testing, enhancement, and maintenance of software applications, digital platforms, and technology solutions.
2. Assist in data analysis, business intelligence reporting, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
3. Participate in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, automation, and emerging technology projects to improve business efficiency and customer experience.
4. Contribute to cybersecurity, technology risk, and information security initiatives to support a secure digital environment.
5. Support cloud, infrastructure, and technology operations activities, ensuring systems reliability and performance.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative digital solutions.
7. Assist in technology transformation, process improvement, and digitalisation projects across various business functions.
8. Perform research, analysis, and proof-of-concept activities on new technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
9. Support project management activities, including planning, coordination, documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
10. Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support business, technology, and operational initiatives.
11. Participate in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices where applicable.
12. Work closely with mentors and subject matter experts to develop technical, professional, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, FinTech, or other related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or graduates with limited working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Malaysian citizen eligible to participate in the PROTÉGÉ Programme.
• Age below 27 years old
