Looking to grow your career in procurement? Gadang Group of Companies is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to be part of our Kuala Lumpur team. This role offers great exposure to the construction industry and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily purchasing activities and support procurement operations.
• Source, compare and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 - 2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement (construction preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read & write Chinese (to liaise with China suppliers).
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome to apply.
