QS / Cost Estimator (M&E)

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Study drawings, specification and tender documents

· Perform quantity take-offs

· Prepare bills of quantities (BQ) and cost estimates

· Preparation of project budget & costing

· Source and analyze quotes from suppliers and subcontractors

· Technical and Commercial evaluation of bids

· Track project costs against set budget

· Value progress claims and interim payments

· Help prepare final project accounts
