Quality Assurance Engineer

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering or Science and Technology.
• Mandarin speaking candidate (Chinese Literate) as the role need to deal with Taiwanese customers.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field or Wire Bond / Die Attach / FOL and EOL / PCBA / process engineering experience is required for this position.
• Experience in metrology equipment & measurement method (Mitutoyo auto measurement system, CSAM imaging, XRAY imaging).
• Able to configure Mitutoyo Auto-measurement machine program QV-X302P1LE
• Understanding of QMS, control plan, VDA FMEA, work instruction development, SPC.
• Coordinating with inter department for RCCA analysis and problem solving.
• Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data.
• Able to do presentation to a group of employees
• Required skill(s): MS Power point, MS Word & MS Excel
• Possess a vast working knowledge in the related practices in the industry.

Job Description :

• Determine the adequacy on inspection gates, frequency, sample size and method
• Review and buy off all 8D report in as effective feedback for corrective actions and improvement.
• Participate mandatory in the Quality improvement team.
• Monitor and control conformance to specification are followed within tolerance limit of the original specifications.
• Update and review the quality spec and feedback on the changes for internal and external basis.
• To interface with Customer on feedback and complaints related to quality issue and to coordinate with internal team members in order to initiate investigation and feedback to customer on action plan.
• Ensure all qualifications, evaluation and characterization requested by customer meet all the requirements.
• Responsible for verifying corrective actions committed are implemented.
• Ensure new product/ process evaluation and qualification meet customer requirement.
• Identify Appropriate statistical tools to be used in the organization.
• Monitor the process/equipment capability and provide constructive feedback to operations.
• Ensure that all the activities to be introduced or carried out by good self and subordinates compliance to legal requirements and company objectives with respect to environment and quality requirements.
• Highlight to superior any activities in the company that may be contrary to the environment & quality policy.
• Create awareness and ensure that subordinates are properly trained to carry out their daily activities that may create a significant impact to environment and quality.
• Ensure the particle count, temperature and RH are monitored timely according to the requirement specified.
• Perform line compliance audit
• To fully understand and comply to company’s code of ethics and business conduct.
• To propose appropriate failure analysis method for root cause analysis.
• To propose reliability test during new product introduction or product failure.
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
