Are you highly motivated, relationship-driven, and eager to kickstart a rewarding corporate career? We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our fast-growing team.

This is a meaningful, hands-on 4-month accelerator program designed to fast-track you into a permanent Associate Recruitment Consultant position. If you meet your milestones and successfully complete your internship, a permanent contract with an attractive base salary and an uncapped commission structure awaits you on day one of month five.

• Final year students or fresh graduates looking for an immediate career springboard (open to all disciplines, though Business, Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology is a plus).

key responsibilities

Talent Sourcing: Learn how to headhunt top-tier professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and advanced boolean mapping.

Candidate Management: Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability for high-profile client roles.

Business Development: Assist in identifying market trends, tracking industry hiring patterns, and generating client leads.

End-to-End Coordination: Manage interview schedules, debrief candidates, and coordinate feedback between clients
