Regional BI Analyst

Position Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain centralized dashboards and regional performance reports using tools like Quicksuite, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
- Create and manage interactive, self-serve reporting interfaces for regional business users.
- Ensure consistent metric definitions and KPIs across dashboards to support cross-market decision-making.
- Perform deep-dive analyses into sales, customer behavior, campaign performance, outlet operations, and supply chain metrics.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights across different countries to support localized and regional strategies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate data into recommendations that improve performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure data models, pipelines, and sources support multi-country operations.
- Reconcile discrepancies between markets and ensure consistent data integrity across all regions.
- Document and enforce KPI standards, filter logic, and reporting rules across markets.
- Serve as a key data liaison for country managers, regional leads, and department heads.
- Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, providing insights that help guide tactical and strategic decisions.
- Proactively identify data gaps and opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes
- Train business users on dashboard usage, data interpretation, and self-service tools.
- Champion data literacy and consistency across regional teams.
Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data visualization preferably in a regional or multi - country context.
- Proficiency in SQL, data wrangling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets from CRM, POS, ERP, and digital platforms.
- Solid understanding of KPIs and metrics relevant to retail, F&B, or tech-driven B2C businesses.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders across regions.
Additional:
- Experience in F&B, retail, or e-commerce analytics environments.
- Familiarity with Python, or DAX for advanced analysis or automation.
- Exposure to regional data governance, multi-language datasets, or local compliance challenges.
- Familiarity with data modeling tools like dbt or basic understanding of ETL flows.
