Position Responsibilities

The Business Analyst works directly with HQ and business teams to identify processes worth improving or automating, then designs and helps implement the solutions. The role bridges business pain points and technical delivery — turning fuzzy problems into clear, buildable solutions. Own your assigned areas across Employee Experience and Customer Experience — from problem discovery to a validated solution. You don't just stop at requirement gathering, you use AI tools to quickly prototype and validate your idea with the team, then decide what's worth building properly.

  • Understand pain points, root causes and establish clear baselines (what "better" looks like).
  • Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and consolidation.
  • Translate findings into clear problem statements, requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Prototype fast with AI tools (Claude, Lark Base, n8n) before scoping a full build.
  • Test ideas directly with affected teams and iterate based on feedback.
  • Ship quick wins yourself when a prototype is good enough; write proper requirements and work with vendor when it's not.
  • Support testing, UAT and go-live validation to confirm the original problem is actually solved.
  • Analyze operational data (e.g. customer wait times, eNPS/NPS trends, engagement metrics) using SQL, Excel or BI tools.
  • Quantify potential and realized impact — time saved, satisfaction improved, adoption achieved.
  • Maintain trusted documentation (process maps, requirement docs, decision logs) as the single source of truth for each initiative.

Qualification and Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science / IT or a related field.
  • Good UI/UX understanding & product sense.
  • Strong process mapping & prototyping skills.
  • Familiar with SQL and BI tools.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for productivity and creativity.
  • Added advantages Lark Base, n8n and other workflow automation tools.
  • You'll thrive here if You'd rather build a rough version and learn than spec the perfect solution on paper.
