Regional Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities
- Engage with regional stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into reporting needs.
- Prepare structured Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and reporting specifications aligned with business objectives.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from business users in a timely manner.
- Monitor and validate data integration between source systems and the Qlik Sense reporting system to ensure data completeness, consistency, and integrity through reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and issue resolution coordination.
- Assist in supply chain inventory stock availability analysis to support operational planning and decision-making.
- Support Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Change Requests (CR), testing documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Liaise with the Qlik Sense technical team to ensure reporting requirements are accurately implemented.
- Provide input during dashboard requirement discussions and design validation (development handled by technical team).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising , Finance, Marketing, IT) to support reporting, analytics, and business initiatives.
- Provide Qlik Sense user support, training, and guidance to regional users to ensure effective system adoption.
- Support reporting issue resolution, including post-implementation monitoring and enhancement feedback.
- Travel to regional offices (e.g., Vietnam, Philippines, and other countries) as required to support business operations, user training, system implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
Job Requirements
Education & Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Experience in business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
- Experience in SQL, data analysis, data validation, and report development.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, preparing BRD/FSD, and supporting Change Requests (CR), testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Retail, FMCG, or Distribution industries is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills, internship experience, and knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools are encouraged to apply.
