Position Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) owns the end-to-end delivery of the team's projects — from scoping and planning through execution, stakeholder communication and go-live. The role serves as the connective tissue between business stakeholders (HQ departments, country teams) and the engineers/vendors building the solutions, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every initiative is tracked to completion.

As a TPM in Automation Business Partner department, you're not just tracking status; you use AI tools to quickly prototype concepts, validate them with stakeholders, then coordinate the real build with engineering.

  • Own your areas end-to-end: planning, prototyping, delivery, adoption.
  • Use AI tools to mock up ideas fast and test them before committing engineering resources.
  • Keep plans, dashboards and risks visible and current.
  • Be the go-to contact for stakeholders — clear, proactive, efficient.
  • Coordinate handoffs to engineering only once an idea is validated.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Own the project plan for each initiative with clear milestones, owners, dependencies and risks.
  • Track status, blockers and timelines across a multi-project portfolio, and escalate proactively before issues become delays.
  • Coordinate handoffs between business requirements, engineering build and deployment, remaining accountable until solutions are live and adopted.
  • Maintain dashboards showing project health, delivery timelines and outstanding risks.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for department heads and cross-country stakeholders on project status.
  • Translate technical progress into business-friendly updates, and translate business urgency into technical priorities.
  • Run regular status syncs, steering updates and executive-level reporting.
  • Manage expectations transparently — surfacing trade-offs, delays and scope changes as soon as they're known.

Governance and Risk

  • Establish lightweight but consistent delivery governance across projects — status cadence, documentation standards, change communication.
  • Maintain the single source of truth for active projects, ownership and current status.
  • Ensure risk assessments and rollback considerations are in place for anything touching production systems.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with the Business Analyst to ensure requirements are development-ready before build starts.
  • Coordinate with engineering, data, and vendor partners (e.g. Lark, n8n, Claude/AI tooling) to keep delivery unblocked.
  • Support UAT coordination and go-live readiness checks.

Qualification and Experience

  • 3+ years in technical delivery, IT project management, or transformation.
  • Comfortable being hands-on, not just coordinating.
  • Practical use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, low-code builders) to prototype.
  • Strong stakeholder communication across technical and business audiences.
  • You'll thrive here if You prefer validating fast over over-engineering, and enjoy switching between strategic conversations and hands-on building.
