Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
- Support regional Supply Chain Management (SCM) planning activities across SEA & Oceania subsidiaries in alignment with HQ guidelines.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly demand & supply planning processes with subsidiaries and consolidate planning data.
- Monitor SCM performance indicators, identify operational issues, and escalate key findings to management.
- Support demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting activities by preparing reports and performing data analysis.
- Review forecast submissions from subsidiaries and assist in validating planning assumptions, inventory levels, and supply risks.
- Prepare regular SCM reports, dashboards, and business insights for management.
- Coordinate regional SCM meetings and follow up on action items with subsidiaries and cross-functional teams.
- Support new product launches, product transitions, promotional planning, and End-of-Life (EOL) inventory management.
- Assist in inventory optimization initiatives, including safety stock monitoring, slow-moving inventory analysis, and SKU rationalization activities.
- Support SCM process improvement projects by identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc SCM analysis and other planning-related assignments as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Operations Planning, or related functions.
- Experience in multinational companies or regional business environments is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and prepare meaningful reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across regional and cross-functional teams.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous process improvement.
