About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Research Team Leader to build and lead our research function within the Business Support Center. This is a hands-on role where you will drive research strategy, deliver actionable insights, and develop research capabilities from the ground up, supporting key business decisions across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute market, user, and competitor research to generate actionable business insights
• Build research frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards from scratch
• Manage, mentor, and develop a growing research team while ensuring high-quality outputs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into structured research initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in market or business research, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in qualitative & quantitative research methodologies
• Experience in financial services, fintech, trading, or cryptocurrency is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
