RETAIL EXECUTIVE - PADINI CONCEPT STORE PARADIGM MALL PJ

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in operations issues and monitoring of staffs' customer service and discipline;
2. Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs' welfare and resolve customers’ enquiries/complaints;
3. Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports;
4. Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed;
5. Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field;
2. With at least 2/3 years of working experience in fashion retail environment;
3. Pleasant personality, independent and self-motivated;
4. Possess good leadership skills;
5. Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours;
6. Computer Literate.
