Risk Strategy Manager
Traveloka
- Own and continuously evolve the end-to-end risk strategy, covering acquisition criteria, credit limit assignment, pricing, and account management, translating strategic direction into policies embedded across the full customer lifecycle.
- Manage strategy and performance across multiple credit models, including application, behavior, transaction, and recovery, providing senior guidance to modelers and analysts on scorecard development, segmentation, and cutoff optimization, and validating outputs before deployment.
- Streamline and align monitoring metrics across risk, collection, and fraud functions into one consistent view of portfolio health (approval rate, bad rate, NPL, recovery, portfolio yield), spotting emerging trends early and driving structural fixes rather than reactive patches.
- Partner closely with Product, Business, Engineering, and Marketing to embed risk strategy into growth initiatives, assessing new launches from a risk lens and clearly communicating trade-offs and mitigation plans to stakeholders, including leadership.
- Represent the risk function in audits, regulatory reviews, and governance forums, preparing supporting documentation and speaking to policy decisions with authority.
- Lead policy experimentation (A/B tests) end-to-end, from hypothesis to rollout, balancing statistical rigor with business priorities to turn results into policy improvements.
- Run stress tests and scenario analysis on the portfolio to assess resilience under adverse conditions
- Proactively spot gaps in the existing risk framework and lead the initiatives needed to close them.
