Safety, Health and Environment Officer

Job Description:

• Lead and drive Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Analyse WSH reports, non-conformance, and risk factors to identify root causes and implement effective corrective solutions.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions and action plans to address complex operational, safety, and compliance issues.
• Develop and implement environmental protection and CSR policies, while promoting environmental awareness and sustainable industry practices.
• Optimise resources and operational efficiency by reviewing resource allocation, project priorities, costs, compliance requirements, and potential risks.
• Lead ERT and CMT activities, coordinate internal audits, and supervise the Safety, Health & Environment Assistant to ensure effective execution of departmental responsibilities.

Qualification: Education/Experience:

• Minimum Degree in Occupational Safety and Health Management/Environment/Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience especially in Manufacturing industry
• Experience handling safety & health or Green Book holder will be an advantage
