Sales Advisor

About the role

We are seeking talented Sales Advisor/Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our innovative New Energy Vehicle(EV) products.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations on our electric vehicle models
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers, highlighting the advanced technology and environmental advantages
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase and delivery
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on our products, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer questions and concerns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to organise and participate in various sales events and product showcases
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Provide feedback and insights to the sales management team to help improve sales strategies and customer experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive are encourage to apply
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain technical features
• Proficient in Leveraging Social Media platforms
• Passion for sustainable mobility and a commitment to promoting the benefits of electric vehicles
• Proficiency in the local language (Bahasa Malaysia) and English is essential
• Proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and verbal, will be an added advantage. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
• Possess Valid Driving License
