About the Role

In tandem with our growth and expansion, we are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Dynamic Sales Team. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our banking products and services, building client relationships and securing tailored financial solutions for clients.

What You’ll Do

• Execute sales strategies to promote and market either Hire Purchase OR Commercial/Consumer Loans
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events and product launches
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure prompt loan approval and execution

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 5 passes and 3 years of working experience
• Result oriented with strong desire to sell
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Experience in sales and customer service will be an added advantage
• Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are also encouraged to apply. Training in sales and marketing techniques and product knowledge will be provided.
