SALES ASSOCIATE (1 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

We are looking for driven and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team on a 1-year contract basis with a rewarding commission structure. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about property sales and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead follow-up, customer presentations, and achieving sales targets
• Booking submission, purchaser verification, system entry (MHub/IFCA), and e-SPA coordination via HIMS
• Liaise with purchasers, bankers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transaction and loan process
• Manage purchaser files, SPA signing, and payment follow-ups

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (property sales preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
• Able to work weekends and public holidays (based on sales operations)
• Work location: Penang Island/Kepala Batas
