Job Description
Huawei Digital Power is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales management Specialist to join our Central Asia team and drive business growth across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Sales project operation: Organize key project (program) analysis meetings, review of key projects, accountability for failed projects, and reward for excellent projects, identify risks and problems, give warnings in a timely manner, and regularly review the standardization and compliance of sales project (program) operations. Regularly release project operation standardization reports, identify problems, and drive improvement.
- Account business management:
- Sort out and output the customer map, assist in managing the strategic and core NA list, and drive the account dept to complete the customer insight, customer relationship planning and assessment, and annual BP.
- Manage customer relationships, implement customer management measures, monitor the daily actions of customer relationships in rep offices and account departments, and implement the annual plan.
- Customer satisfaction management: Manage VOCs and satisfaction, including developing management actions, managing VOCs and top N issues in a closed-loop manner, identifying changes in concerns and requirements, and providing warnings in advance.
- Customer invitation management: Organizing, empowering, managing the process, and conducting post-event evaluations for customer invitations to key annual exhibitions and summits.
- Order Management: Routinely monitoring the execution of order/loan/pre-sales, identifying risks and issues, and providing timely warnings. Responsible for the authenticity of order data at representative offices, the accuracy of order forecasts, the standardization of splitting/loan/pre-sales, and the standardization of decision-making.
- Review and Decision-Making Business Organization and Operations: Responsible for organizing ATI review and decision-making, tracking and closing ATI tasks.
- MO Internal Control: Responsible for implementing improvements for high-risk issues in the MO process, executing process rules, holding accountable for issues, and closing the loop. Responsible for conducting self-inspections and corrections through PR, CT, SACA, etc.
Position requirements and business skills:
- Proficient in office software such as Excel, PPT, and Outlook. Strong data analysis skills and excellent report writing abilities.
- Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
- Understand the basic processes of sales and customer group business. Have a foundational understanding of business management.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in spoken and written English is required, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional environment. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
