SALES MANAGER

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Adabi Consumer Industries Sdn Bhd' in Rawang, Selangor. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key customer accounts, as well as developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customer accounts
3. Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
4. Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
5. Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance and pipeline
6. Coaching and mentoring the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
7. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the consumer goods industry
2. Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and growing customer accounts
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
4. Proficient in data analysis and using data-driven insights to inform sales strategy
5. Effective team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
6. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the competitive landscape
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
