About the Job

💼 Spritzer Bhd 📍 Taiping, Perak 🏭 FMCG Manufacturing 🕑 Mon - Fri | 8:00am - 5:30pm 💲 Basic + Commissions = Gross RM5000++

Responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly within the assigned territory (Sitiawan, Manjung & Lumut).
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Gather market and competitor information and provide feedback to management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer orders, follow up on payments, and support after-sales matters.
• Submit visit reports and sales performance updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience (Fresh graduates may be considered).
• Valid driving license and own transport are required.
• Familiarity with Sitiawan, Manjung, and Lumut areas is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage territory visits effectively.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target driven.
