Apple is looking for an outstanding, passionate, collaborative and self-driven individual to successfully manage multiple concurrent program deployment in the channel. You will partner closely with a variety of cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs that drives sales and customer experience; whilst ensuring that Apple standards are understood, deployed and delivered to schedule by all channel partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Description

This role is highly collaborative, requiring deep levels of cooperation and influential working relationships. The incumbent will partner with WW, regional and country teams, along with external partner stakeholders and vendors, to ensure channel programs are deployed effectively and in line with sales strategy and objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong business acumen and commercial competencies, a background in retail sales and merchandising, a solid understanding of the key tenets of branding, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine passion for Apple’s ecosystem. Experience working with distributors and retailers is essential, along with deep knowledge of the South Asian consumer market and its key players. Willingness to work hours that suit business needs is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage multiple concurrent merchandising and retail programs throughout their lifecycle - including POR planning, retailer negotiations, design, space planning, budget management, vendor coordination, logistics and on-ground execution Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align priorities, ensure timely, high-quality program rollouts and build business cases that drive key deliverables when needed Ability to proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying risks and creatively solves problems and execute flawlessly the program deliverables Develop and maintain high-level plans, trackers, and executive-ready reporting for store rollouts and forward deployment pipelines - keeping all stakeholders informed and accountable Lead partner engagements with confidence - steering negotiations, driving deployment plan, and providing end-to-end rollout oversight that upholds Apple’s standards Drive continuous improvements - anticipate gaps and proactively address execution challenges through creative, practical solutions. Influence and align key stakeholders, create clear action plans and follow-through to deliver measurable impact and achieve business outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of related experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Background in project/program management, sales enablement, and/or a similar function Deep knowledge of channel sales, including strategies and processes required to scale and evolve impactful programs Demonstrated excellence in project management, including financial planning, budget management, vendor coordination, branding and scalability

Preferred Qualifications

Perform well in high-pressure situations, and are comfortable with a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment Extensive practical experience managing store fit-outs and fixture installations, with a creative eye for retail design and passion for delivering outstanding customer experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and content development experience in Keynote, Numbers, and Pages
