We are looking for an experienced and results-driven sales professional to drive business growth and expand our Asset Management business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong investor and stakeholder relationships, and identifying new opportunities to grow market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving company’s sales goals
• Create a culture of success and goal achievement
• Manage relevant stakeholders
• Define and coordinate sales training programs for staff/investors
• Put in place infrastructure and systems to support success of the sales function
• Work closely with product function to generate new strategy, establish successful support, channel and partner programs
• Manage key customer relationships and secure strategic opportunities
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activities and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Resourceful and possess strong initiative and the ability to work under minimum supervision
• Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and sales plan
• Successful experience building and growing a channel
• Successful experience selling Asset Management Services/Products to investors
• Successful experience closing deals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Conversant in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Canva.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, Asset Management, Financial Advisory, or related fields
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in asset management, sales and client relationship management
• Minimum 3 years of leadership and people management experience
