Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager, Structured Products & Warrants

Responsibilities:
- Collectively responsible for overall structured product and structured warrant sales, marketing, distribution and product support functions covering internal distributors, institutional clients and interbank counterparties, both locally and regionally
- Contribute to product development and operational readiness prior to new product launches
- Prepare marketing, training and pitching materials and attend to product pricing requests on an ongoing basis
- Ensure proper tranche creation and maintenance in dedicated systems, websites and infrastructure pre and post-issuance
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses on salesforce, investor behaviours, investment patterns and market landscape to generate tangible insights for targeted sales, issuance and marketing approaches
- Work with the trading desk on product pricing, market-driven initiatives and generate actionable sales and marketing engagements
- Provide continuous and ad-hoc engagement, product support, briefings, trainings, seminars and webinars to front liners, external partners, investors and/or the investing public
- Monitor and analyse statistics and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports for internal and external consumption and improvement purposes
- Attend to specific requirements and complaints of front liners, distribution partners and institutional clients
- Prepare educational, marketing and campaign materials and produce quality content right-sized for various online platforms within the bank’s digital footprint and ecosystem
- Curate and execute marketing plans covering budget allocation, investor campaigns, internal incentive schemes, partnerships, digital advertising, SEO/SEM and third-party platforms
- Liaise with regulators such as Bursa on investor education and engagement initiatives
- Adhere to all relevant internal policies, banking guidelines and regulatory frameworks, and participate in trainings required to ensure continuous compliance of CMSRL requirements.
Qualifications:
- A recognized degree related to banking, finance, accounting, engineering, actuary or sciences with at least 2-3 years of work experience in a related or similar field
- Additional background and/or demonstrated interests in equities, financial markets, wealth management solutions and/or derivatives
- Further qualification in Securities Commission's certifications in Module 6 & 7 or Module 17 & 18 or their equivalent are advantageous
- CFA, PKMC, ACCA and CPA charter holders or exam candidates are beneficial

- Must possess excellent written and spoken English and equivalent level in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are highly advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Competency in using programming and AI platforms will be beneficial
