The Senior Associate Transformation Consultant develops subject matter expertise whilst assisting with less complex client business transformation. This role uses Information Technology to create new opportunities, as well as exploiting current capabilities.

The Senior Associate Transformation Consultant develops and maintains knowledge of evolving trends in one or more emerging technology and applies these to define opportunities for client organizations in order to deliver new business capabilities, profitable business growth, as well as competitive cost efficiencies.

This role has the primary goal to assist with the analysis and interpretation of data to unearth weaknesses and problems, comprehend the causes and formulate recommendations and solutions that will drive small or radical business changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with the development of solutions and recommendations that address a client’s organizational business problems and needs.
• Uses client engagement skills to identify and analyze client problems providing the organization with opportunities for market share.
• Assists with outlining the end-to-end solution set to enable the client’s business transformation.
• Actively ensures erroneous decisions which will result in serious impacts to project costs and customer commitments are minimized and avoided.
• Estimates the scope of consultant and/or architect effort and accurately estimate project time required for completion.
• Continuously searches for opportunities to innovate solutions for the client thereby improving the client’s business and ensuring business development for the organization.
• Assists with facilitating client-facing workshops.
• Collects and analyzes both IT and business issues and presenting these back to the client’s organization
• Assists with the design and methodology required to address IT and business issues in a professional and knowledgeable manner enabling the client organization to achieve their stated outcomes.
• Support Sales by assisting with the presales process with clients which may include conducting meetings, writing proposals, proposing solutions and delivering presentations.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the required strategic documentation (detailed business plans) relating to a business transformational initiative.
• Supports internal stakeholders in proposal development and other business development activities.
• Develops knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze client business issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions, methodologies.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial analysis for review.
• Moderate domain/industry expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, demonstrating good experience in client needs assessment and change management.
• Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.
• Excellent understanding of business transformation couple with strategic thinking ability.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the delivery of business transformation.
• Extensive knowledge of systems, software and programing languages.
• Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically.
• Self-driven with familiarity of business transformation processes.
• Excellent client service orientation.
• Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field.
• Certified Management Consultant (CMC) preferred.
• Relevant industry-specific accreditations and/or affiliations preferred.

Required experience:

• Moderate experience in a consulting or IT role within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment.
• Moderate level experience in integrating the solutions for particular projects with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices.
• Moderate level transformational consulting experience.
• Moderate level business development and pre-sales experience.
• Moderate level management consulting and business transformation track record.
