Job Description

This role goes beyond driving business outcomes. You will work closely with our frontline teams, leaders and insurance partner to build stronger advisory capabilities through training and coaching, as well as translate business opportunities into actionable strategies.

You will act as a key bridge between business strategy and frontline execution — identifying opportunities, developing capabilities, shaping initiatives and working alongside our teams to turn plans into sustainable results.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with business leaders and frontline teams to drive bancassurance performance across assigned segments and/or clusters.
• Analyse business performance, activity trends and opportunities to identify areas for growth and improvement, then develop targeted interventions to improve activity, productivity, conversion and overall business outcomes.
• Coach and develop bankers to strengthen their confidence and effectiveness in needs-based insurance advisory conversations.
• Support new and developing bankers through structured onboarding, coaching and capability-building programmes.
• Facilitate workshops, training and practice sessions that translate product knowledge into practical client conversations.
• Ensure initiatives are executed effectively while maintaining strong standards of customer experience, governance and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines entrepreneurship with a genuine passion for developing people.

You should ideally have:

• Relevant experience in bancassurance, insurance, wealth management, banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of insurance and wealth advisory, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical client conversations.
• Experience in business development, distribution management, sales enablement, training, coaching or frontline leadership.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with performance data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence and engage frontline employees, managers and senior stakeholders. Strong execution capability and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders concurrently.
