SENIOR CREW (MARU)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing

procedures.

• Ensure adequate opening float cash and manage cash

transactions.

• Prepare and serve beverages and food per HQ recipes and

SOPs.

• Ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
• Keep equipment clean and operational.
• Supervise and support junior crew members, ensuring SOP

adherence.

• Train and guide new and existing crew.
• Conduct daily stock takes and record inventory accurately.
• Reconcile stock counts with records and report

discrepancies.

• Manage inventory control, including ordering and restocking.
• Check and maintain café equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate on solutions for reported issues.
• Document and communicate equipment malfunctions and supply

shortages.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a café or food service environment.
• Work according to shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
• Possess own transport.
