Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer to bring your talent to Noventiq Malaysia. You’ll be part of our Services Delivery Team, responsible for architecting, designing, delivering, and implementing Modern Workplace solutions for external customers based on Microsoft technologies. This is a senior delivery and implementation role — you will lead solution design, drive complex migrations, and mentor engineers across projects.

What You’ll

Do

- Collaborate with Solution Sales, Project Managers, and customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Architect, design, and deploy Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Modern Workplace solutions — Exchange Online, EOP, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Lead and deliver migrations from other/third-party solutions to Microsoft — e.g., Google Workspace, Lotus Notes/Domino, Zimbra, on-premises Exchange, and file servers — into Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.

- Plan and execute hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations, including identity/hybrid configuration (Entra Connect, ADFS/SSO).

- Deploy and manage device provisioning and management with Intune and Windows Autopilot.

- Participate in tenders and bids to provide technical solutions, effort estimation, and scoping.

- Deliver Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements to demonstrate solution value.

- Produce project documentation, HLD/LLD, and admin/user guides.

- Conduct customer enablement and training sessions (Microsoft 365 / Copilot).

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Modern Workplace engineers.

About You

- Proven hands-on implementation and deployment experience delivering Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions in production (5+ years).

- Implementation-focused — Deep hands-on experience deploying and implementing Exchange Online / EOP, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune / Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, and Autopilot.

- Proven experience delivering migrations from other solutions to Microsoft (Google Workspace, Lotus Notes/Domino, Zimbra, on-premises Exchange, file servers).

- Experience with hybrid identity and configuration (Entra Connect, ADFS, SSO).

- PowerShell scripting for automation and bulk operations.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- English — able to read technical documentation and to speak and present confidently to customers (verbal communication is required).

Advantages (Nice to Have)

- On-premises infrastructure experience — Exchange Server, Active Directory, ADCS (PKI), Windows Server, DNS, and Group Policy (optional focus).

- Microsoft security skills — Microsoft Defender (for Endpoint / for Office 365), Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection), and Conditional Access.

- AI and Microsoft Copilot Studio skills — experience building or deploying Copilot agents is a plus.

with third-party migration tooling (e.g., Quest, BitTitan, AvePoint).

- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102).
