Overall Job Description:

You will be the designer mainly (but not limited to) for NTUC Link. Designing and/or adapting digital assets for electronic direct mailers (eDMs), banners for paid media, digital screens, collaterals for print, etc.

Working closely with Link Rewards Program Design Specialist and Design Lead on overall creative direction. You are also required to put on a strategic hat, to constantly challenge yourself and the company to improve with the goal of creating better customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist Link Design Specialist and Design Lead, as well as collaborate with Copywriter to generate and deliver design solutions (eDMs, digital banners, POSMs, and other collaterals) and ensure consistent brand voice and user friendliness across the digital marketing touchpoints
• To create digital assets or print assets for Marketing department
• Working with various teams to design and create assets related to enhancements to digital platforms

Requirements
