Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the Casino Cashiering Department, ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence, financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and customer service. This role is responsible for leading all cashiering operations, safeguarding cash and gaming assets, strengthening internal controls, and driving continuous improvement across the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Casino Cashiering operations, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant service delivery.
- Establish and enhance internal controls, security measures, and risk management practices to prevent fraud and financial malpractice.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance performance and service standards.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, Compliance, Security, Audit, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Extensive leadership experience in casino operations, casino cashiering, gaming finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated environment (e.g. casino, banking, financial services).
- Experience in an integrated resort, gaming, casino, or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with gaming regulations, and AML requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
