RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Yong Pung How School of Law (YPHSL).
- Programme coordination and event operations for the academy’s training programmes, including classroom set-up, attendance taking, catering and post-event feedback processes.
- Follow-up with trainers and participants on administrative and logistical matters (e.g., registration, payments, and course materials).
- Support finance-related activities, including billing, refunds, procurement, and timely honorarium and vendor payments.
- Prepare and maintain programme documentation, including programme P&L, attendance records, evaluation reports, certificates, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) submissions.
- Manage the general mailbox and handle day-to-day correspondence and enquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma holder with at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in the education sector. Degree holders may also apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong administrative, organisation and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, webinar platforms, and event management systems, with the digital agility to adapt to various software and systems.
- Service-oriented and detail-driven, with the ability to work independently and apply a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in training, administration, or course coordination is preferred.
- Knowledge of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme for lawyers or experience in event management or adult learning would be beneficial.
