Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Administration.
- Manage the firm's insurance portfolio, including policy renewals and related administration.
- Coordinate the Professional Indemnity Insurance renewal process and related reporting.
- Support Partners and Directors on insurance, tenancy, and administrative matters.
- Manage office tenancy renewals, statutory licenses, and regulatory registrations.
- Oversee office administration, including front desk operations and sundry supplies.
- Conduct admin orientation briefing for new joiners.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as required.
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance administration, and office management.
- Preferably 2 - 3 years' experience in senior or supervisory role.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance, license renewals, and contract administration.
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
