Senior/Executive, Corporate Operations

Responsibilities
The role is responsible for Capex coordination and governance, asset lifecycle planning and budgeting, portfolio standardisation programs to improve operational efficiency, guest experience and long-term value creation.
Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and external consultants, the incumbent will support the planning, execution and governance of strategic asset-related initiatives across the portfolio.
This role requires a balance of project management communication with multiple stakeholders and the ability to influence positive change through evidence-based and data driven recommendations.
Asset Management & Lifecycle Planning
- Maintain a centralized asset lifecycle register across the portfolio which include replacement benchmarks based on asset age, condition, manufacturer recommendations, maintenance history and operational requirements.
- Analyze repair-versus-replacement decisions and support data-driven asset management strategies.
- Support long-term 5 years asset planning to ensure sustainability, operational reliability and cost efficiency.
Capex Planning & Governance
- Coordinate annual Capex planning and budgeting exercises across the portfolio.
- Consolidate property submissions and maintain portfolio Capex master trackers.
- Review and standardize Capex justifications, project scopes, asset classifications and business cases.
- Monitor Capex project progress, expenditure and completion status, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
- Support preparation of investment papers, approval memoranda and business cases for Capex projects.
Portfolio Standardisation & Procurement Support
- Develop and maintain portfolio-wide standards and specifications for furniture, fixtures, equipment, amenities, recreational facilities and operational assets.
- Work together with Procurement team, to conduct market research, vendor assessments and product evaluations to support Capex procurement decisions.
- Establish preferred vendor frameworks and replacement strategies for key asset categories.
Governance & Administration
- Prepare and coordinate corporate memos, approval papers and management submissions related to Capex, operational improvements and asset initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers and portfolio records.
General
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor with professionalism and diligence.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex data into clear insights.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with strong capabilities in developing professional, visually compelling presentations.
- Experience with hotel systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with performance analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
