Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Estate Management (ESM) to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of cleaning, waste management, and pest control services, while supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives across the facilities. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, strengthening vendor performance, and ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and service quality that enhance overall guest experience and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations relating to cleaning, waste management, and pest control across the facilities to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of operational routines, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and manage outsourced vendors, including performance reviews, contract compliance, and service delivery standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality assessments to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and all relevant government safety regulations, including Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
  • Investigate complex operational issues and incidents, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across departments, addressing feedback, resolving issues, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support large-scale events and special operations by planning and coordinating enhanced cleaning and waste management requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, recommending process enhancements, and implementing best practices.
  • Assist the Manager in budgeting, resource planning, and tracking operational performance metrics.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, including Executives and Supervisors, to build team capability and ensure consistent service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, with relevant experience in Facilities Management, Environmental Services, or Cleaning industry.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing outsourced vendors and service contracts.
  • Strong understanding of housekeeping services, waste management, and pest control operations.
  • Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, or large-scale facilities management environments preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience in handling audits, compliance, and safety standards is an advantage.
