Job Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries, investigations, and cases related to employee disciplinary matters, staff grievances, and workplace counselling.
- Assist the HR Manager in implementing effective disciplinary policies and procedures, including the issuance of disciplinary letters and appropriate actions for misconduct cases.
- Conduct investigations and manage Domestic Inquiry (DI) processes in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely resolution of disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Maintain compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in industrial relations and employment matters.
- Well-versed in the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
