  • Branch Query Support — Provide ground support and resolve branch operational queries in a timely manner.
  • Ground Vendor Compliance Monitoring — Monitor vendor performance on-site and ensure compliance with required standards and SOPs.
  • Ground Headcount & Utilisation Management — Manage regional manpower allocation and monitor headcount utilisation to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Training Management — Deliver regular updates and training to branch staff on new and existing SOPs, processes, and campaigns.
  • Consistency Audits — Conduct regular ground audits to validate actual branch conditions and ensure consistency in operational practices.
  • Branch Stock Management — Oversee branch inventory and stock management, including brown files, tools, FileForce, and facility-related items.
  • New Joiner Onboarding Preparation — Ensure all arrangements, resources, and materials are ready ahead of new joiners' start dates.
  • Payment Management — Manage petty cash reconciliation and Coupa-related payment processes to ensure timely, accurate payments.
