Support the planning, leasing, fit-out, and project implementation of hospital and satellite clinic facilities. The role is responsible for managing tenancy matters, coordinating clinic development projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining effective partnerships with landlords, consultants, contractors, agents, and internal stakeholders to support business and operational requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leasing & Portfolio Management
- Manage lease renewals, tenancy agreements, and leasing documentation for hospital and satellite clinic premises.
- Liaise with landlords, property agents, consultants, and internal stakeholders on tenancy and space requirements.
- Conduct market research and assess potential clinic locations and leasing opportunities.
Projects & Clinic Development
- Coordinate clinic fit-out, renovation, relocation, and upgrading projects from planning to completion.
- Work with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet operational requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee defect rectification and project close-out activities.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and organizational requirements relating to facilities and leased premises.
- Monitor licenses, certifications, ESG and utility consumption data, and prepare related reports.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with landlords, agents, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Building Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in leasing, facilities management, property management, project coordination, or clinic/commercial fit-out projects.
- Good understanding of leasing administration, tenancy management, and project coordination.
- Experience working with landlords, consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with procurement or facilities management systems is an advantage
