Job Description
- Regional Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and track operational and financial performance indicators across hospitals within the region.
- Consolidate monthly regional operational and performance reports.
- Support preparation of dashboards and management reports for the RCEO and hospital leadership.
- Ensure timely collection and validation of operational data from hospitals.
- Monitor performance trends and highlight gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyse operational, financial, and service performance data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Support deep-dive analysis on hospital operational performance including BOR, ALOS, revenue, patient volume, and service utilization.
- Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Prepare analytical presentations, reports, and summaries for management discussions.
- Support benchmarking and comparative analysis between hospitals within the region.
- Strategic & Operational Support
- Support implementation and tracking of regional strategic initiatives and transformation programmes.
- Assist in monitoring progress of strategic plans and operational action items.
- Coordinate follow-up actions arising from regional operational meetings.
- Support execution and monitoring of operational improvement initiatives.
- Dashboard & System Management
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and tracking tools.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of operational data and reports.
- Improve reporting automation and reporting efficiency where applicable.
- Project Coordination & Tracking
- Support coordination of regional projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with hospitals and HQ stakeholders to obtain required updates and information.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with hospital representatives and relevant HQ functions for data collection and reporting purposes.
- Support coordination between hospitals and regional office on operational reporting requirements.
- Assist in facilitating alignment and communication on regional operational initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to operational reporting and analytics.
Recommend improvements to reporting processes, data management, and dashboarding approaches.
- Participate in special assignments and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Manager or RCEO.
Job Requirement
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Information Management, or related field.
Knowledge and Experiences:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in data analytics, business analysis, hospital operations, strategy, or performance reporting.
- Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in operational reporting, dashboard management, and data analysis.
- Exposure to project coordination and performance monitoring is preferred.
