Job Summary

Based at our offshore support office in Malaysia, the Senior Executive – Corporate Reporting Coordination is responsible for driving the timely, accurate, and consistent preparation of strategy, growth, and performance reporting for DT Infrastructure (DTI) Australia.

In this role, you will support Quarterly, Monthly, Board, and ad-hoc reporting by actively coordinating inputs between DTI Australia and Gamuda Malaysia, consolidating data, maintaining standardized templates, and producing polished, high-quality management decks.

As core reporting processes stabilize, the scope will expand to identify and address enterprise-wide reporting gaps, maintain compelling sales pitch decks, update corporate credentials, and manage supporting business content.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting Coordination (40%)

  • Maintain the reporting calendar, submission schedules, templates, action lists and stakeholder responsibilities for Monthly, Quarterly, Board and ad hoc reporting.
  • Coordinate and follow up data and narrative inputs from Business Units and corporate functions within agreed deadlines.
  • Consolidate source material into accurate, consistent and presentation-ready reports, briefing packs, tables, charts and dashboards.
  • Manage document version control, review comments, approvals, finalisation and controlled distribution.
  • Provide responsive support for priority and ad hoc reporting requests.

Data Quality & Governance (25%)

  • Check submissions for completeness, internal consistency, accuracy and alignment with agreed reporting definitions.
  • Reconcile information across source systems and escalate material discrepancies, missing information or delivery risks.
  • Maintain clear audit trails, source records, reporting procedures, templates and document-control standards.
  • Support standardisation of metrics, commentary formats, charts and reporting conventions across the company.
  • Maintain confidentiality and appropriate access controls for sensitive Executive, Board and commercial information.

Enterprise Reporting & Content (20%)

  • Work with stakeholders to identify reporting gaps and progressively establish additional recurring reports, dashboards and management information.
  • Maintain a central repository of current reporting outputs, approved data, standard narratives and supporting evidence.
  • Maintain and update sales pitch decks, credentials, case studies (in coordination with our tender submission and marketing and communications team) and reusable corporate content using approved information and templates.
  • Coordinate periodic reviews to ensure content remains current, accurate, consistent and suitable for external use.
  • Support the preparation of Executive and client-facing materials where required.

Service & Continuous Improvement (15%)

  • Build effective working relationships across Australian and offshore teams and provide reliable, service-oriented support.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate, simplify and improve reporting, document production and data collection processes.
  • Use Microsoft 365, collaboration and business intelligence tools effectively to improve quality, traceability and turnaround time.
  • Manage competing priorities, communicate delivery risks early and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Contribute to a responsive, disciplined and high-performing Strategy function.

Any other duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economic, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing or Communications or a related discipline (required).
  • Qualification or training in business reporting, project coordination, data visualisation or document management desirable.
  • High standard of written and spoken English.

Skills & Abilities

  • More than 3 years’ experience in reporting coordination, management reporting, PMO, business administration, finance, operations support, consulting support or a shared-services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders and producing accurate reports to fixed deadlines.
  • Experience preparing Executive, Board, management or client-facing reports and presentations desirable.
  • Experience working across countries, time zones or offshore service arrangements desirable.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, construction, project-based businesses or corporate growth reporting desirable.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

  • More than 3 years’ experience in reporting coordination, management reporting, PMO, business administration, finance, operations support, consulting support or a shared-services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders and producing accurate reports to fixed deadlines.
